2nd grade students are currently working on the sounds of the Spanish alfabeto, and discovering some interesting letters like ch. Earlier this fall students were celebrating Hispanic Heritage month by learning which countries around the world speak Spanish, what the flags of these countries look like, and the Spanish words to describe these colors. Students have also located some of these countries on a World map. This song and video has been a regular part of our activities this year in septiembre and octubre.
Students are learning how to ask which country someone comes from, following the examples in this exercise. Try it out at home!
